There are three main features — Live Chat, Email Marketing and Marketing Automation. Then, there are several other tools which compliment the entire marketing and support side of a business.
Add that to the ability to create and track custom properties, tags and events and Gist has some powerful potential. With a bit of setup you can:
- Create powerful nurturing sequences which can tag leads, trigger based on events you choose and send emails based on behaviors (not just after a period of time).

Like I mentioned, this will be the last month I use MailChimp in at least one (if not all) of my WooCommerce stores. When looking around at the vast array of tools available for us WooCommerce store owners, I am always keeping my radar on alert for better tools that can get down to business much faster, cheaper, and more accurately.
